2007 F.I.R.M. Grand Prix Series
All F.I.R.M. races are charitable events 50% of profits go to non-profits across New England.
All clubs must register for the series April 1st submission of roster (Roster info: Names, Addresses, DOB, USAT number, email addresses. May be Emailed to: billf@firm-racing.com
To be included in the series, you must have 3 members of your team compete in 5 events to be considered for payouts. Under 3 people will still get individual points but have $$ value.
Points are awarded for 1-5 place in your age category. (Note: points awarded to only pertaining to grand prix members of multisport teams)
Individual Category points:
1st place gets 8 points
2nd place gets 5 points
3rd place gets 3 points
4th place gets 2 points
5th place gets 1 point
Monies are awarded to teams with 3 or more participants per race.
Team Payouts per race:
1st place $100
2nd place $70
3rd place $50
4th place $40
5th place $30
6th place $20
7th place $15
8th place $10
9th place $5
Total of $340 per race.
Overall payouts at end of season per place:
1st $700
2nd $500
3rd $300
4th $150
5th $100
6th $75
7th $75
8th $50
9th $50
Total of $2,000 for series
Grand Prix will be 10 races out of the entire FIRM schedule.
